POSITION SUMMARY/ PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Content Coordinator is responsible for content department’s administrative duties and general support of Linear and SVOD program scheduling, development and delivery.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate deliver of all content to linear and streaming platforms from producers, production companies and internal departments
  • Support the upkeep of media database for linear and SVOD services and organize assets with corresponding metadata
  • Acquire and distribute all necessary metadata and assets (graphics, footage, production notes, and delivery requirements) needed prior to delivery
  • Oversee linear and SVOD Quality Control with the ability to recognize video and audio issues
  • Manage content windowing for SVOD service
  • Support the programming, production and development team
  • Ensuring any issues that arise are resolved before delivery and air date
  • Coordinating delivery schedules of all content to the Programming Manager
  • Ability to understand general principles of content operations or administration for media or streaming service

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • BA in in Communication, Business or related field preferred;
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in digital media, programming and production or related field preferred
  • Experience with Wide Orbit or similar sales, traffic scheduling software applications preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, web, app, streaming and connected devices preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge and passion for Country Music Programming preferred
