POSITION SUMMARY/ PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Responsible for bringing proactive content to the table and collaborating with the social media strategist on their vision for content that will thrive on various platforms. This position works with TV and VOD integrations and requires the ability to work on multiple projects at one and work efficiently in a fast paced environment. This position would have knowledge in design, styles, and layout techniques. Responsible for promoting our brand and delivering high-quality content on tight deadlines.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Create high quality content across all relevant social and digital channels
• Create assets across platform destinations that are optimized to fit each audience and promote New Country Venture’s brand
• Design social media resources
• Work in face paced environment that requires turning numerous pieces of content in one day
• Collaborate with Social Media Strategist and help them execute their vision on a daily basis
• Oversee projects from concept to completion
• Design high quality content across all relevant social channels ensuring that the content is consistent, representative of the brand and applicable to target audience
• Have a strong understanding of current digital and social trends

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in creating designs for social media
• Fluent in Adobe Design Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Passionate on creating excellent design work
• Solid understanding of design practices and principles including mobile design
• Familiarity and fluency with digital technology and media industries

• Some travel may be required
