Responsible for curating, developing and executing a holistic social strategy. While working with TV and VOD integrations this position is responsible for finding unique content and the knowledge and experience to get that content produced for digital platforms. Must be a social media superstar with expertise in both content creation and strategic optimization for each platform. 


  • Surface and curate engaging social content for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and other platforms 
  • Collaborate with internal partners to make social content compelling and comprehensive 
  • Work in a variety of platform-specific content management and social analytics systems 
  • Analyze performance of social content and incorporate insights into future content decisions 
  • Develop social media strategy and manage content calendars 
  • Identify and respond to emerging trends, advancements, updates and tools 
  • Use expertise to lead internal and external partners through planning managing developing and executing content 
  • Identify new social opportunities and regularly benchmark performance 
  • Have a strong understanding of current digital and social trends 


  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in creating designs for social media 
  • Proven expertise in strategy, problem solving, analytical skills and presentation skills 
  • Fluent in Adobe Design Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign 
  • Familiarity with digital content and marketing strategy, content development experience as well as digital and social media knowledge 
  • Previous experience in conceptualizing articulating, developing and communicating strategies to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Familiarity and fluency with digital technology and media industries 


  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and work under tight time constraints 
  • Highly strategic, creative mind with passion for storytelling and country music 
  • Demonstrated strong organization, communication and writing skills
